Services and Prices 2010

Here is the range of coverages available:

Prices from £250 to £1400.

A booking fee of £200 is payable to secure your date.

The full balance being due 21 days before the wedding.

1. • Mid-Week Offer •

Images directly on CDROM - No Album or Prints Supplied

For Monday - Thursday local(ish) weddings only, 2 hours attendance and all optimised images on CDROM, for you to print... £250
Full payment due on booking, with this coverage only

Attendance will begin at least 30 mins before the ceremony time for a civil ceremony, or 45 mins for a church wedding.

Extra time ... £75 per hour

A letter, awarding an exclusive copyright licence to the bride and groom is supplied with the disc of image files so you can print the photos, or have them printed, email them, etc.
No album or prints included

2. Montage

a] Attending at Bride's Home, Ceremony and Reception, up until the receiving of the guests.
Pictures are presented in a beautiful 24 page Montage Album...£1400

b] Attending at Ceremony and Reception, up until the receiving of the guests.

Pictures are presented in a stunning 20 page Montage Album...£1000

3. Traditional

a] Attending Bride's Home, Ceremony, a separate location if required and Reception, up until the receiving of the guests.

Bride and Groom select a minimum of 24-8x6 prints, presented in an attractive album...£675

Bride and Groom select a minimum of 20-8x6 prints, presented in an attractive album...£550

4. Economy

Attending at Ceremony and local Reception only, up until the receiving of the guests.

Please note that for any of the above five coverages: to receive, as an extra, all your images on CDROM incurs a supplimentary charge of £250. A letter, awarding an exclusive copyright licence to the bride and groom is supplied with the disc of image files. Proofs presented online.

5. Images directly on CDROM - No Album or Prints Supplied

From £450

Four hours attendance and all the finished and optimised photographs from the day are yours, burnt to disc, in a printable jpeg format - max dimension, 3,000 pixels x 2,250 pixels....£450
No album or prints included

Attendance begins at least 45 mins before the ceremony time for a church wedding - or 30 mins before for a civil ceremony.

Extra hours will be charged at £100 per hour or part of an hour.

If required, I can be booked to start taking pictures of the bride at home, or at any location; through to the first dance at the reception - or less. The more time I spend with you the more pictures I can take.

Please note: Photography during the ceremony is subject to the agreement of the clergy or registrar on the day.

Travel surcharges: For more distant weddings these vary depending on the coverage selected. If accommodation is required this is charged at cost, as are all parking fees incurred.

Whilst the time spent, the quantity of pictures supplied and the album quality vary with the costs; the photography is always of the same high standard throughout.
